OK so I called the courthouse and they have court every Tuesday at 7:00pm. This is what the machine said because they close the office at 3pm EST. It's either tonight or the 30th, but it has to be on Tuesday and has to be at 7pm it would seem.

He's being brought up on sex charges. I was in my friends office and asked him to call the ADA for Millbrook, Heather Ryan, to find out. He made a couple of calls and one of them was to the Millbrook court, they told him he's on for tonight.

It has to be between 7 and 8. The court handles everything from speeding tickets to arraignments, so it will go fairly quickly seeing that it's only an arraignment.
Unfortunately, I can't go because I have BJJ tonight, and I'm trying to get ready for the Pan Am's.Comment

It's tonight. Millbrook only holds criminal court on the 4th tuesday of the month, which is today. Besides, I already had it confirmed. Now, it would be funny if it was a different Eugene Simco III then the one we're talking about.Comment

I agree, most of the court info has been posted here many times over. Just read the thread and add what's new...not restate things. The new bit is the conflict in dates.
The court clerk told Sam next week. mad mally says they said this week. My guess would be that they either changed the date and not everyone there is aware, or they are getting so many calls that they are just putting up some blockers. Anything at this point is simply pontification. But, in either case, they are confirming that Simco has a court date. So, we have someone go both nights and cover our bases. So, let's keep quiet till then. Otherwise, there is not much to talk about.
I would add that I posted last night on the PJ website about Sam's confirmation with the court clerk regarding the 30th arraignment date...and asked if they would be sending a reporter. But they deleted my post.Last edited by sambosteve; 9/23/2008 2:10pm, .Comment

I arrived at 35 Merritt Ave, Millbrook Village Court at 7:10 to find the courthouse dark and another person waiting there, who identified himself as another member of Bullshido (PM or post here to confirm). The courthouse was locked with no one there, and remained so until 7:20 when we both left.
It's a hike for me, but I think I'll be there next week. I think I'll call the court tomorrow to see why nothing happened...Comment
