Nobody is here to argue with you. If you read the thread, all attempts have been made to verify Miglirese's claims...with no success yet. We have all been very clear about that. Whatever is going on on other forums is of no concern here. In fact, Simco has been treated much more fairly here than on other, more biased forums.

I think you will find no disagreement regarding your facts. Nobody is disupting them.

Yes, Wacker, Kardian, and Miglirese are associated with each other. Yes, the video was posted of Wacker. Yes, They have schools in the same area. Yes, Miglirese posted the original accusation which has yet to be cobfirmed. But, these do not prove a conspiracy any more than the alleged crime has been proven.

This thread has largely been trying to either prove or disprove the alleged crimes. Believe me if they are shown to be false, it will be blasted load and clear. There is no ethic that says Bullshido must only post facts...especially when the folks here are trying to discover what are facts and what are not. Nobody here has crucified Simco. If anything, we have shown that the allegations have been not shown to be accurate at this point.

Time will tell what the story is and the guilty parties...either the elleged smear campaigners or Simco will be outed if possible.

Well, I respectfully disagree. This thread starts out with allegations that have yet to be substantiated, therefore are not currently FACTS.

Everything I said can be backed up with FACT:

-Phill Migliarese is the one who originally posted this rumor from what I can see (no? prove me wrong);

-Migliarese is the same associated with Steve Kardian and Mike Wacker

-Kardian's video of Mike Wacker on Youtube makes the very serious allegation that Simco is abusive to children. He posted these claims back when it's being said the investigation started. You don't find that bizarre?;

Read the first charge that Migliarese accuses Simco of is: endangering the welfare of a minor...nhbgear.com questionable statements and potential slander appears to be long running and established before this bogus stuff appeared.

If you have been browsing these forums as long as I have, and done the and in depth recent research into this that I have, you would know that everything that I am saying here is a well known FACT.

Furthermore, I live on the other side of the country from Simco's school and I am not a current student or close friend of this guy (who I have met). I like his videos, have bought some books, and think that this thing is going a little too far. BEYOND ANYTHING I DESPISE CORRUPTION AND INJUSTICE! Anyone with half a brain knows why if what my research bears out to be true.

With all due respect, I never seen much of Simco on any these (didn't even know about the myspace site), and I know he has been silent on these forums. Why the hell would he respond now? There have BS and lies posted about him for years and he has never responded before that I can see (can someone show me something different?), why should this situation be any different?

I was going to break this down by segments. You know what sit back and wait 17 days to see what happens.

None of your research amounts to anything, concerning whether he is going to court or if the allegations are true.

Simco should respond now because it would allow him to deny that these allegations concerning a recent arrest are true. Until he does, he leaves this issue unresolved. Now if Simco did deny this arrest took place, we would still make sure that he did not have a court date in Millbrook on September 23rd. We would still keep this thread up, because we would also discuss Phil's motivations for printing this allegation, and any legal actions Simco would choose to bring against him. Notice that this thread says "Smear Campaign or Actual Arrest" we are here to discuss either one, or the other possibility.

Nobody is trying to be a smartass here. It is common practice for mods to check IP addresses to look for folks posting under different screen names or to make clarifications. I am sure there is an explaination as to why the IP you post from is listed as in NJ.

There is a Daniel Bravo listed in the same area of NJ as well. But, the white pages also lists several Daniel Bravos in California. And, I was leglectful in checking the middle initial when searching the white pages. The only Daniel A Bravo in the white pages is listed in So Cal, not NJ. So, I appologize for my error.

To that end though, for anyone more knowledgable to answer, can one living/posting in Cali have a NJ IP address?

Yes IP geolocation is not 100% accurate. It uses a database to look up location information based on the source IP address, but this database is maintained separately and can become out of date from actual IP address assignments.

Also, if he is using a proxy server that is in NJ, or if he uses a VPN to connect to another network (such as an employer's network that is located in NJ), he could appear to have a NJ source IP address.

If he is using a local dialup, DSL, or cable internet service and accessing bullshido.net directly (i.e. not using a proxy or VPN), then his source IP address will most likely look like it is coming from SoCal (where he claims to be). Again, this is not 100% accurate.
