                90lbs, I find that the perfect weight for me. I had a 200lbs one, it just started to rip at the seames. I go throught a bag about every year to year in a half.

                              Ronin - Serious question here - you mention teaching private lessons in your house - are these to paying students or friends? I ask because in this sue crazy world I wonder how you are covered if you hurt a student, or they just hurt themselves?? It would be a shame to see you teach a lesson for free (or get paid) and have the student walk away with your home gym (and home) because of liability issues.
