The thing that separates all of them from "Master Jules" seems to be that they went out there and did the proverbial "damn thing".

Anyone else think maybe he played Metal Gear Solid a few too many times and figured: "Hey, CQC, CQB, lets run with it!" Maybe i play video games too often, but that's the first thing i thought of when he busted out the military CQB :)

            Hey Spanky.....
I just was given a link to your "Bullshido" forum....seems you and your friends have a lot to say about me.....Funny thing though.....almost all of your facts are incorrect, and whats even more hysterical is that if ANY of you had the b***s you would be man enough to ask ME personally for the answers that you seem so preoccupied trying to find. It would really help if you got your facts straight before you started threads that are filled with more b******t than you claim I am.

So you can pass the message along to your lil buddies over there.....if anyone wants to "test"me.....youre all more than welcome to try....Im sure that none of you have the sack to step up though.

I don't suppose if I'd asked him directly he would've told me honestly.

And he's asking for a me to test him despite knowing I live in Scotland and also that I couldn't even make it to a seminar in Edinburgh that I wanted to attend.

What an aweful character. I'm glad it's now all come to light.

And is there anyone who currently works for the United States Secret Service who can confirm that you used to drive people around for them? I'm especially interested in this claim.

Sadly, I'll admit to the fact that I thought the same thing. Some of those throws Solid Snake used where pretty awesome...!

                          knifehand1,

Everyone here respects martial arts/martial artists...obviously. The point of the forum is by nature buit around that respect. To weed out fact from fiction in regards to martial arts. Of course with every forum you will get boneheads posting, but sifting through this thread you will see serious questions posted about your background.

Most of the fact presented, which you claim are false, were in fact re-posted from your own website and posts on other forums. Nobody here questioned your fighting skill, only your stated credentials. True, someone should have contacted you personally to comment - which usually does happen after a basline of information is gathered. This thread is only days old. However, you are now here and can speak to these questions directly if you so choose.

The main questions seem to be regarding:

                          1) Your stated connection to the secret service
                          2) Your creation of CQB and the validity of such a claim when CQB is a term that has been in use long before the date in which you claim to have created it
                          3) Your seeming rapid rank promotions in the various arts you claim rank in.

While I would be upset if I in your shoes, I would also want to clear up any misunderstandings and get the facts straight for those who have found such seemingly contridictory calims in your various bios.

Hello Mr. Hoenig. Welcome to Bullshido. Here, we believe that everything needs to be backed up by solid evidence to really be considered a fact. In epistemology, a branch of philosophy, this theory is called "reliablism." So, instead of telling us who the wannabe is, it would be very helpful if you could clarify your claims and provide evidence that they are not false.

You have already been asked three questions by the poster above, but I would like to pose one more.

                            4) Who is Alexander Kirk, and can you prove that you have trained under him?

I have undergone many fruitless efforts to locate any mention of Mr. Kirk, or any other students of his, but you seem to be the only Goju-Ryu student of his, or at least the only one ever to mention his name.

P.S. Regarding my little thing about reliablism (anybody who took philosophy might know what I'm talking about and be mad at me for misusing the word), epistemology is the study of what constitutes "knowledge." If one believes X, and X is true, then one knows X. However, to prove that something is true, it must be justified by another truth, which in turn must be justified by yet another truth. However, reliablism is the theory that if something comes from a reliable source of truths (I.E. newspapers, the senses, etc.) it can be taken to be true without any justification. No person is a reliable source, but a document written by a master about the stutdent would be a reliable source about the students credentials.

I never said I worked FOR the Secret Service, I said I worked WITH the Secret Service, and contrary to whomevers post it was, I was not just "floating around in the wind". I was walking in active bodyguard formation on the street with them, guarding the Prime Minister, while they guarded the President Not of the USA, of the Republic of Central Africa, or if you prefer, the Central Republic of Africa.

CQB is the term I used to name the system I created as a requirement for my 5th Dan test, and I named it that because it best suited the type of system it is, a very in close, militaristic system. I did NOT give myself a 5th Dan in the system. When I passed my 5th Dan test in Goju Ryu, which included my demonstrating my CQB system, my Master granted me the 5th Dan rank in the CQB system. How did I get my 6th Dan in Goju Ryu if my Master passed away....gee...thats an easy one....I was promoted BEFORE my master died.

As far as My "rapid rank promotion"....I received my Shodan in Close Combat JuJitsu in 1996, 11 years ago.....I simply hadent TESTED since then.....I never stopped training in the system.

My Master (one of) lived with me for MONTHS at a time, and we trained for hours, every day...I didnt go to class 3 nights a week like larger percentage of people who train do. He was a multiple High ranking black belt, who had a 7th Dan in JuJitsu, as well as both Okinawan and USA Urban Goju, and was a diredt student of Peter Urban. He also had a 6th Dan in Judo from the Kodokan. My staement that I trained "informally in Aikido" simply meant that I did not attend a dojo. My training was done privately, because I felt I could learn more, faster that way. My master had been in law enforcement since the late 60's, and he was the Chief of police of the SPCC, and HE was the one who swore me in as an agent, to begin with, and as the years went by, I received a promotion to special agent...not "secret agent" like some knucklehead on here said.

You wanted to know about the United Martial Artists Hall of Fame ?....I was inducted in August of 1998

You wanted to know about the Action Martial Arts BB Hall of Fame ?....I was inducted in 2004....and no....you dont nominate yourself, again, as was said by some knucklehead on here, and it has NOTHING to do with selling tickets to fill tables. My table consisted of a combination of family, friends, and students that were proud of my accomplishments. Yes, Joseph Torres nominated me, and what was said about him here is disgusting, and almost amounts to him being called a pedophile, which is SO far from the truth its rediculous. For the record....You say you "cant find me in the Action Martial Arts BB hall of fame" ?.....Get Issue # 59, May to July 2004. On page 11, there are 8 group pictures. I am in the uppermost left hand picture, seated to the far right as you look at the picture.

The Bushidokan dojo was MY dojo, and I had to close it after a nasty divorce....that doesnt mean that I STOPPED training.

I have to get ready for work now.....take your time and think up some more rediculous questions for me. Ill get back to you as soon as I can. Its been a pleasure.....

I have a question. What town did Alexander Kirk live in when he passed away? Can you remember the approcimate date? If you can answer these two questions, you should have no problem finding an entry of his in the obituary. That would at least prove that he is a real person.

P.S. I will do my best to locate Issue # 59, May to July 2004 of Action Martial Arts Magazine.
