Hi. You are reading an archive of the legendary Bullshido forums, from 2002-2020. Please visit our NEW and (arguably) improved forums at https://forums.bullshido.net.
(Or don't, this is just an announcement and nobody's holding a gun to your head.)
As I said, I was the recipient of the White Plains Police Commisioners award for 2003 (award given in 2004)....check with the White plains Police Dept. The article about the girl being rescued from the crashed jeep was 1/1/03 edition of the New Rochelle, Ny paper.....feel free to check.
Like I said....you missed the post....I specified that the branch that I was working in covered the westchester/bronx area.....scroll back.....if you look hard enough, youll find it.
No I saw that post.
Westchester/Bronk, as Sambosteve pointed out above, had 12 organizations at one time in and around that area.
That's why we asked for dates and a specific organization since, they all have different charters.
I'm boring anyway, Mexico, Bahamas, Atlanta, Mississippi, Michigan, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, California, Colorado, Las Vegas, Arizona, and Kentucky.
no fair i tried useing there system and i failed. I picked up the dang phone and called. and here you go makeing me look bad :oP
The more investigations you do the more nooks and crannies you look in. You actually had to go to the Westchester link under news. It then brought up a news archive back to 1999.

*****************Not to be a party poper but that article is not related to the person we are discussing.************************** The abov is wrong and left in to illistrate my stupidity
EDIT
I failed Disregard above INFO.:XXfridge: I still had the link open to teh arcives and just glimpsed the artice you quoted. My response is full of fail.
Cool. Thanks for doing that. I am sure everyone here appreciates the time it took for you to scan and post them. I am not a myspace member, so I will have to register I guess.
On another note Mr. Hoenig. I was talking to the NYS Dept of Criminal Justice Services which keeps a registry of all past/present Peace Officers in NYS. They would not verify if anyone is on the registry or not on the registry without a signed release from the person in question. So, this one is in your court if you so choose. Here is the link if you feel like pursuing it: http://criminaljustice.state.ny.us/o...y/peacereg.htm
Thanks for posting those certs. I had to register with myspace to see them.
I did have one question about your 6th dan goju from Master Kirk...
Here you said:
In regards to your "confusion" as to the timing of my 6th Dan Goju promotion, Master Kirk had made plans to come to NY in October, help me celebrate my 40th birthday, and give me my 6th Dan certificate. He had the certificate printed in Hawaii in preparation for his trip here, and when he passed away in August, his foster son sent me the certificate, which he dated October of 2007.....so if you want to be technical...my 6th Dan wont take effect until October of this year....
.
The date on your scan says it was signed and dated on 10/12/2006.
