The jackass instigator, lumberjack, has been temporarily banned for his shinanigans in this thread and we are still waiting for him/her to back up his/her claims of being an "Ex SAS", British Special Air Service.

If he genuinely was, he probably wouldn't mention it on here. My Dad's cousin was SAS, nobody even knew until about 10 years after he left the service (they don't talk about it. I don't think they're even allowed to while they're serving, all very hush hush ;) ).

Edit: ok maybe not 10 years, but you get the point. Bragging about it randomly on the internet is not their style at all.

Jules, in the past 19 pages of dialog you have not clarified the actual country, president or prime minister you were working with the Secret Service to protect. Simple "yes" or short answers will suffice:

a) Was it on or about 18th September 2006?
b) Was the country the one officially known as the "Central African Republic" (CAR)?
c) Was it in New York?

Regarding your 17 years in law enforcement. I posted on a forum called TMAX, in regards to Grand Master Berador(sp?), and I recall that you were also a member there. the forum doesn't seem to exist anymore. But I have here a copy of a PM you sent to the admin there:

Hey all, I have not been here since day before yesterday. The storm we had in NYC area f'd with my internet connection. So much has gone on since then. In any event, I don't think honoring someone who has died is any kind of shield. regardless of whether we knew him or not, we know he existed, did good work with the SPCC in Hawaii, and a few kind words are not out of order.

Regardless of what one thinks of Julius, The 1st anniversary of the death of a loved on is always very tough. I have been though that...as as others here I am sure.
Julius, my condolences on your loss...sorry that some of the crap on this thread may have detracted from your honoring a man you so boviously miss and cared about.

Julius, as I said before, the majority of people here are actually trying to verify your accounts, not the other way around. I know I always will view these threads from that point of view..that has been why I tried to look up the things I have and have posted what I have. Lumberjck was a troll...good thing he is out of here.

Regarding posting proof, certs, etc. You have been very forthcoming in answering questions and that is appreciated by people here. You are correct...in the end, what does it really matter to you? Life will go on and you may not feel it is worth it. I would understand why you would abandon this thread. You are also correct that some people may dismiss them out of hand. I don't think most of us would dismiss them if they were posted...I know I would not. But, since you keep coming back, I can assume it does matter to you.

Thanks for answering my question about the Aikido rank. I also thank you for your answer about the 3rd dan rank in Katsugo Ryu AikiJujitsu. I understand you now say that this was a goju rank. But, why did you post prior on several other sites that it was Katsugo Ryu?

On a side note(not to derail this thread too much), this does not have anything to do with your credentials at all, but what are your thoughts on the NYS investigations and allegations reagrding the NY area SPCCs? There are some very serious abuses going on in the NY area SPCCs. As someone who has worked with them, what are your thoughts on this?

And To "Asia"....I was not "hiding behind any shield"....MY sincerest condolences on the loss of whomever it is you have your memorial to. We may not see eye to eye, and certainly have exchanged harsh words here, but my condolences for your losses are sincere.

In Regards to Katsugo Ryu, I was student of Master Torres, for the record, I have absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE of any of the impropriaties that he has been accused of here. When I listed that rank on other forums, there was no room to list it as an "honorary" rank. To anyone who ever asked me about it, I always, with no exception, always explained the details behind that rank.

Regarding the SPCC, all I can say is that Master Kirk ran a "tight ship", and his ultimate goal was always the safety of children. We were never paid for what we did, and I think that should speak volumes as to his (and our team's) morality and values regarding the job). Our work was primarily done in the Westchester/Bronx areas, and I cannot comment on anything that has gone on in any of the other branches, because I simply dont know.

In regards to my certs....I dont own a scanner....I will do what I can to see if I can get them scanned, and try to post them where they can be viewed.

TMAX doesnt exist anymore, because the ACA trolls figured out a way to hack into the AdMins account, and they basically ruined what was a great forum in a matter of less than a week.
To question A.....I will have to check with my employer at the time and try to find the exact dates for you, in writing this, I have just left him a voicemail, and hopefully he will call me back soon with those dates.
To question B....Yes, To me, it was refered to as the Republic of Central Africa, as well as the Central African Republic.
To question C.....yes, both times I worked with them, we met them at Newark airport, as well as JFK, went through the whole dog bomb car check routine, and transported them in formation to their hotel in NYC, since, obviously, they were going to the UN. You can check the registry records for the Hyatt Hotel in NYC on Park Ave if you would like to find out the dates that they stayed there.

So you do basically call yourself a "cop" when in fact you were an SPCC volunteer. And Mr Kirk also had a badge purporting to be "police" as opposed to just SPCC. Have you ever used the term "Volunteer Detective" to describe yourself online?

If you need a scanner, you can probably go to one of those copy places- Kinko's, they used to be called, but now they merged with FedEx- and get scanning services for a quarter.

Didn't Steve and IIF already determine upthread that at least some SPCC employees were badged peace officers?

At the time of this commission, Many SPCCs were operating as para-police organizations with, agents being badged, carrying firearms, and wearing plain clothes.

Maybe, maybe not. The impression I got from the report Steve linked was that kind of central oversight might be lacking.
