MABS is also for serious discussions about Qi and fake kung fu masters, and I think this guy did a great job of bringing it down to earth, especially since he's a legit student as well as a critical mind. What we have here is a nice portfolio of real clips (or as he said, maybe even practical jokes taken out of context) and some deep, reasoned thoughts.

The number of times he said "cringe" was noteworthy, it's nice to see a younger generation coming up not only with actual Shaolin training but some common fucking sense along with their fancy new words that precisely describe what you and I feel in the gut.
