I get to chat with him sometimes and I got a chance to talk to him about these threads and he chuckled at it to because of all the talk and no action that comes from it. He was telling me about two guys that were supposed to come at the school but never came to find out and after that he just stoped reading this foolish stuff he told me.

As I've said before, and will repeat again:

1.) My fight is recorded on FCFighter.com (although they list it as an ammy fight)
2.) I have video tape proof of the fight (along with a snappy belt!)
3.) I've been recognized by another site as a professional fighter.
4.) Along with my team and my sister in law I have a list of people who've seen me in the ring.

Boys it is not that hard to prove. The lack of evidence is the strongest statement in argument to the affirmation.

TKD, the burden of proof is not on you. :new_scatt and anyway, Robbie Lawler is already my favourite TKD guy that does MMA.

Bluntly, even if the Fang Shen Do crowd fought in some sort of full contact. Their shit still stinks. Even if it were true (Which I entirely doubt) a couple of full contact fighters who are part of the "Inner Circle" of an organization such as this one does not indicate to me that they are capable of producing good fighters.

The ability of the coach is measured by his students success.

These guys live in some sort of role playing fantasy land. Check out one of their students using the tactics of Fang Shen Do to play Warhammer:

Plus, you say that suits cannot do so because they are trained to avoid CC, but if they are able to move like they do in the assault phase, I'm sure that disengaging from CC is nothing for them, and avoiding is nothing without disengaging or engaging (martial arts basic rules from Fang Shen Do ...), so one goes with the other.

After reading this quote dic69 I am for certain that you are indeed a "sifu". I know for a fact that not anyone can talk to JP about anything, and certainly no student would talk to him about this thread. I've talked to students and they all said "NO Way" would they bring this up with JP. So in conclusion, for you to make so called friendly chit chat with JP about this means that you must be in the inner circle. Also, it still means that there hasn't been any student on here that has legitimately defended Fang shen don't. I wonder why that is???

By the way you still haven't answered my questions to you on sparring with a sifu. I thought that they were fair questions. I don't care if you're a sifu or not but to call stingfellow out really doesn't do you or FSD any justice.

I should post this in the history thread also that dic69 is a sifu. No student of FSD will argue with this post because any student of FSD knows for sure that they would or coult not approach sigoo with questions about this thread. Having said that though, I do encourage a student to do so and see what kind of response they get. Ask them the questions we're asking here and see if you get any honest, truthfull answers.

The Patenaudes have this beagle at their dojo in Casselman, providing the material. Actually, I tend to believe that he is the true GRANDMASTER, pulling the strings and raking in the bucks. No one trains 24 hours a day. NO ONE. The best fighters, the best teachers, Pro-atheletes, do not train 24 hours a day. It is impossible. Yes, it is impossible.

Why, because at some point you have to at least stop and take nourishment.
At some point you have to sleep. Even insomniacs have to let their bodies rest.
There is this little thing called fatigue. Yes, people with Stamina can fight off fatigue longer than others but, you still must stop. This is a fact.

So, to resort to the lamest excuse in the world shows Dic69 is reaching for straws.

I have received confirmation from a present day student of FSD that there was indeed "poop sniffing" at last years training camp.

So far it's been a pretty wild ride. I never imagined when I started with this article that it would end up being the highest-ranking Google page for "Fang Shen Do" (after the official sites). In terms of getting the word out there, I'd have to say "mission accomplished".

This thread has taken a few turns in different directions, and I wanted to turn the spotlight back on Fang Shen Do a bit. Throughout the various posts a number of questions have been raised. Some have been answered, and some have been partially answered. Most of the remaining ones need to be answered by an "authority" within Fang Shen Do. Considering that their participation has largely waned, I don't hold out hope that these will get answered by any of them. The best I can probably hope for is to spark a few new stories from former FSD members. In any case, here are the questions that I feel still have not been answered in a satisfactory manner:

• What exactly were the circumstances of Jacques Patenaude's departure from Wing Chun Do? Was it amicable? Did he leave or was he "kicked out"? Was there a particular event or incident that was the catalyst?
• Does Fang Shen Do have forms or not? If it does not, then what are things like Lin Sil Die Dar, Advanced Doan Chi, and the Mook Jong? How does Fang Shen Do define a form?
• Why can't senior students assist junior students?
• Why are there no black belt students attending classes?
• When a program includes "all test paid for", what exactly does that include (itemized list, please)?
• What are the circumstances surrounding the school "evictions" (e.g. Dino, Brian, and Dan)? Why were these schools shut down / taken over?
• How has Fang Shen Do served the community?
• What kind of leeway do fanchisees have in how they run their schools? Can they offer different seminars or invite instructors from other arts as guest instructors?
• Why is it so expensive? Really.
• Why have none of the other sifus participated in this discussion, or better yet, where is Jacques?

Dic(69), it seems you have a good relationship with the almighty JP. Why don't you ask him these questions and see if he laughs? The question that I would really like answered is:

What are the circumstances surrounding the school "evictions" (e.g. Dino, Brian, and Dan)? Why were these schools shut down / taken over?

And if he answers that question. Ask him if he re-imbursed these former instructors their franchise fee?

Well then he laughs at his own peril. You see, the talk is the action. What we're doing here is providing information that is useful to current and prospective students about Fang Shen Do. Granted it's information that JP would probably rather be kept quiet, but I and others here feel that if someone's going to invest their time and money in something like a martial art, then they should have all of the facts.

As for where I get this stuff, it comes from all sorts of people who have, in one way or another, been involved with the Patenaudes and their diluted Wing Chun Do rip-off, bizarre "counseling" sessions, and kooky seminars. Overwhelmingly, they tell me how they've felt taken advantage of, pressured to spend, and generally treated like dirt. Some of them are still "in" (and these people have their reasons), some have left, and others still are "old-timers" who have found or been told about this thread and have contacted me with additional details. And while I may have been the one to have pointed the spotlight on the farce that is FSD, now that others have noticed they've begun their own research and carried this far further than I ever could have (for which I and countless others are grateful). FSD has long enjoyed the position of controlling all information about it and has let itself stagnate and rot in this comfort. Now that the balance has started to swing towards the general public, all FSD can do is send weak-minded personas (I'm looking at you) to utter grade-school threats in some vain attempt to stem the flow and get the last word in. The fact is, however, that even if this is the last post ever to appear on this thread, the word is out on FSD and no-one who takes the time to do a little research ever has to fear making the same mistake that I and others have in the past. Certainly any new potential students would at least ask to see the criminal records of the instructors (of course, they won't produce them, and many of us know why).

JP is simply sticking his head in the sand, hoping that all of this will just go away like a bad hangover after a night of pounding back Heinekens. This forum has presented numerous opportunities for anyone from the FSD organization to answer the questions that have been raised. It has never taken that opportunity. I'm sure that everyone here would gladly promise to listen with an open mind, but I'm sure that JP could come up with some excuse why he can't. And they are excuses, because the only reason for not answering is cowardice.
