Hi. You are reading an archive of the legendary Bullshido forums, from 2002-2020. Please visit our NEW and (arguably) improved forums at https://forums.bullshido.net.
(Or don't, this is just an announcement and nobody's holding a gun to your head.)
This thread is spawning other threads on the internet.
There's one on the Canadian section of mma.tv now
Well you know what its like when you start moving manure around, sooner or later someone starts tracking it all over the place. I'm wondering if we can actually get an 'official visit' by SokeJP? That would really make my day.
MadMax, I'll add 'Try not to hurt people's feelings' to next year's resolution list. You can ask around but I'm not very good at not saying what I'm thinking. I did say you were polite though, that has to count for something. Right?
Hey I got it! This is what Pat was doing in the men's room! He was, um checking the other guys package!

A quote from Brain Candy (the Kids in the Hall film)
Wally: Doctor, why do those types
[motions with hands]
Wally: keep thinking that I'm one of them?
Psychiatrist: Because you are one of them. You are gay. You are gay. You are a homosexual. The opposite of straight, you're gay. I know it. Your family knows it. Dogs know it. Everyone seems to know it except you.
What do you think? Do you think SokeJP's told the dog?
sup TKD, thanks for caring, your so sweet :icon_lol: lol JK
seriously, i understand what you are saying, i have read tons and tons of stories, and talked to 2 guys in person about it.
I already started, went to about 8 classes so far, its actually fun.
BUT, and thats a big BUT, the second i start to see with my own eyes, certain things, i will stop going, and no contract is going to stop me, it never has.
a few years ago, i signed up to a gym that required you to sign a year contract, and only for 1 year, no less.
i stopped going, and they started taking cash that wasnt there out of my bank account, to the point where it was about -741$ so i made a new bank account, and closed the other one, and the gym couldnt do diddly except for send a few letters, which did nothing, then they stopped, cause they know they cant do anything.
i have been through tons of stuff like this between the age of 18-24, with visa, banks, that gym, etc, and it always ends up the same way, no contract scares me.
so, if i start to see all sorts of shit, they start to demand i go to the camp, i walk out, why? because i have no credit card, and i did not give my bank number, i said i will only join if i can pay cash, they said ok.
go habs go!
First of all..... Go Sens go... And word of advice. Don't give them your credit card. Pay using cash.
This is the school you're joining. Read Max's posts he's very respectful of FSD (almost to the point of sounding like a kool-aid drinker at times.) When you read stuff like this and you don't run screaming to the closest door I have to wonder what your motivation is.
Listen, maybe you're just too stupid to come in from the rain. I know its hard but trust us, a little pain and you'll be fine. We used to have a judoka that trained with the Jiu Jitsu club. He was a great judko but he had a habit of getting pissed at people and dropping them on their heads. He was even doing this to new people in the club. I've never seen someone get yelled at as bad as he did when the head instructor found out what he was up to. That is a real coach.

:wtfgif9fr TKD, you hurt my feelings, bouhouhou. I was a cool aid drinker, now I'm free from their money grab cult. You know what else burns my ass. It's the Patinaudes "superior" attitude, thinking they're the best, when in reality, they suck ass. Oh sorry, that should be sniff ass.
Wow, most people learn after the first time and stop joining shady opperations.
But then again, those same people that learn the first time tend to not claim 28 MMA fights.
I believe it was Will Rogers who said something like, some people can learn by reading, others can learn from someone else's experience, and then there are those who have to piss on an electric fence. Which category do you fit in?

Wow, I thought I had just made the mistake to sign up with a bunch of Franco-Canadian snake-oil salesmen, but there sure is much more to this!
After having us stare at a candle for 15 minutes, sJP announced his new and upcoming glass-walking and meditation seminar, which was then pushed by the sifus.
About the arrow-breaking: the first arrow is included in the cost for the seminar, but they get everybody geared up to go for more. Afterwards you find out it is 5 bucks per arrow.
I hope more Quebeckers get in on this. FSD claims to be bilingual, but in fact, it isn't. The training camp is entirely in English, and I saw several guys there who didn't understand a word of what was going on. They still had to pay 500 dollars.
Rumor has it that Dan Forgey, former owner of the Belleville FSD school, had his school taken away from him a week before Christmas. Any Belleville people around to confirm this? Interestingly, the FSD 2006 calender, which was handed out shortly afterwards, already had the picture of Danny Levac as the new Belleville owner in it. Allegedly, he had just turned 18 and needed a job. How is the Belleville school doing these days?
FSD contracts are interesting, because they actually contain no clause about cancelling the contract. Any judge will throw out such a piece of crap. There is a 3-day cancellation clause which comes with a $200 dollar penalty. That's illegal. Anywhere in Canada you have the right to cancel within 48 hours without penalty.
Sadly enough, I know several people who paid everything up front and will probably have a hard time recuperating their money if they quit. I also know some guys who are still in FSD and scared shitless about getting out. That is the kind of atmosphere these people have created! Shame on them! As I said before, they will all be reborn as dogs for this (hey, nothing against dogs, but, really, beagles are kinda dumb. Urgh, I'll never forgive this dog for having ot sniff his poop!!!).
Ya little Pat has been trying to impress sJP for the longest time. Little Pat has a bad attitude and a short fuse. I believe little Pat wanted to be a Patenaude.
Little Pat was sparring with a student. The student was pretty aggressive, Little Pat warned him to tone it down. The student wouldn't tone it down (probably didn't know how and probably was never tought). As you know they throw you in the ring while sJP sits back and watches yelling at people to overcome their fear.
Well, Little Pat "lost it" kicked the guy in the balls and sent the guy to the hospital for a couple of days.

But we have been told that Martin Patinaude is one of the best weapons experts around??? So says daddy!
Combine that with what Martin has to say about his father's skillz, and you have an incestous mutual fart sniffing society, although in this case, it may not be farts...
