Isn't it ironic? That someone who calls himself Dictionary69 would have reading comprehension problems:read2:

To any of the Patenaudes, especially Jacques. Has Jacques Patenaude ever been convicted of assault and/or spent time incarcerated for it, while he has been a FSD/WCD teacher?
CDNRonin, LOL. I was just re-reading some of his posts and thought a similiar thing, you beat me to the post. Anything more on the comparison of the various books?
Link back to large article about Fang Shen Do for those that havent read it yet.
And a note that it is now the second google hit after the Fang Shen Do mainpage.Last edited by Askari; 3/16/2006 5:19pm, .

Guys guys, lets be rational here! IF a FSD high ranking instructor was involved in an altercation of the physical kind his or her opponent would have been vaporized by the meer gathering of the psychic chi forces!
Silly, really silly.....

This is Shawarma, once again requesting that evidence of the sifus winning MMA matches be posted.
At this point, I personally believe that they might have evidence of these fights, but that they realize that it wouldn't hold up under careful scrutiny of the online MA community and would cause their claims to be debunked.

Alright, let's take these one at a time, shall we?
Have you lost your mind my friend? You have made claims of cult and many other things but the fact of the matter is that you were a student for about 4 years!! What happened in that time ,nothing good is what your saying but you stayed for 4 years?? I was a student for a few years aswell but I was happy about my training and opposite to you well i asked questions that were on my mind about combat and got the answers from the instructor without hesitation and plenty of one on one training in grappling and sparring and didn't have to pay for these services I guess you were just not up front enough with the instructor that you trained with and that makes you kind of stupid if you ask me for not getting your moneys worth.
As for one-on-one grappling and sparring, I call bullshit. At most I could ask a quick question or two after class. Anything more and I'd be told to schedule a private lesson ($100 for a half-hour, if I remember rightly). If you were getting anything more than that, then you were getting special treatment. As a BBC member, I had access to a certain number of "free" private lessons per year. I actually used one once. It lasted for about 10 minutes.
Originally posted by dictionary69The reason I quite was that I gained all the confidence and skill that I wanted and could gain and then I saw that I could not go beyond the goals that Iset for myself and that is the only reason I quit.
Originally posted by dictionary69My experience there was a great one because I used the ressources at the school and you could have done the same easily in the 4 years that you were there. You can say all you want about them but the fact of the matter is that you trained for 4 years and then you make all these claims about this and that and you even try to discredit the top instructor wow you really are an asshole and I hope it comes around to you. You sound like a angry little boy that got is toy stolen from him, man get over it!!!
Originally posted by dictionary69I have trained in the same classes with you and well you were the most robotic guy in there and you were training for 4 years and still you were as stiff as a board. The only person you have to blame is you for not using the ressources you had at your fingertips.
However, I can attest that I was robotic. There was always so much emphasis on perfecting form that it was hard not to be, frankly. Now that I'm in a more practical program that gives me the freedom to trust my instincts once again, I can assure you that I've become much less robotic. It is difficult sometimes trying to unlearn those things that I picked up over those years, but my instructor is a patient man.

Dear stringfellow,
Do you really think this will affect the school? As I read the pages on these threads all that I see is a few people keeping it alive. I think there is about 10 in there that just want to pump up the numbers and I have read some pretty silly stuff on here. I still speak to some of the instructors at the school and with over 2000 students I don't that 10 unhappy boys is that bad. As for your training at the school well martial arts is not for everyone and I really think that you should retire and I really hope you are getting better because you will need it very soon.

Ask Oom Yung Doe/Chung Moo Quan how much the internet hurt their business.
In the 2 years I've been on the anti-moo yahoo group at least 20 students have left.
Those are just ones that type. At least 7-8 schools have closed which is very telling. This is a yahoo group not an easily accessed website like Bullshido.
Throwing numbers around is BS. So, you still train or were you to embarassed to admit this little fact?Last edited by It is Fake; 3/17/2006 9:58am, .

What?!? Dude, just come out and say it, Stringfellow you hit it on the head. This is an instructor or buddy of.
Dictionary69, why don't you contact your FSD buddies and ask who's willing to put his money where his mouth is? I'm sure there are enough of us 10 year old boys to find someone who will get in a ring. Although Ontario doesn't have a commission yet there are sanctioned fights in Quebec and the maritimes as well as Manitoba to BC.
Instead of making lame threats on a bulletin board you have one of two choices:
1.) Stringfellow has asked a quetion, answer it.
2.) Get in the ring.
