If you have any video of an FSD guy surviving against a legit BJJ fighter (coloured belt preferably - blue, purple etc), I and everyone on this board would love to see it. .

Hey askari did you find the balls to go at the Orleans school yet? I read that the sifu there called you out but you quickly changed the subject. You will find out very quickly that he is for real. I used to be an instructor at the school and witnessed guys like you that wanted to find out and got their butt kicked that claimed that their grappling skills be succesfull but these guys can and will grapple no problem. For the claims that these guys didn't participate well go at the school and see for yourself the poster and articles are all on the walls for everyone to see and this is three years ago man just get over it you silly boy!!

So let me get this straight. Grappling is not in your style, and you actively tell students not to crosstrain. Now you tell me that your teachers know how to grapple? Either you are lying, or your teachers are secretly learning techniques outside your style which would also lying. I guess ill have to go in and check it out myself. Or maybe I already have. D69, put up or shut up. Two fighters in an alleged event do not indicate the effectiveness of a style. Hundreds/thousands of BJJ and MMA fighters demonstrate what they do every weekend.

FSD is a cult. It abuses and threatens its students, and it makes them smell dog poo at its seminars, this is enough to condemn it for me.

Why does the fighter, they supposedly fought, not have a losing record?
Why can no one but FSD confirm this event?
Why will no one provide pictures of said event?
Why will no one provide the name of the Newspaper/Article of said event?

Very easy questions to answer. Personally I think it was a small scale tournament that had patty cake sparring. This would explain why no one can find any proof.

If I'm wrong whatever. Most people don't hide when they have proof. They trumpet that proof allover the place.

Hell, there is a WC school that trumpets the fact that their instructor came in 2nd in a BJJ tournament. They also had pics and showed he was recently awarded his Brown Belt.

I was just PM'd that I hadnt explained that the traditional Chinese martial art title of Sijo is also the name of a style of Korean poetry.

I dont want to disrespect people who have legitimately earned a kung-fu or other martial art title. The problem I have is with people who self-promote and give themselves these titles. These fakes are worthy of our contempt.

In this case we have "Sijo" Jacques Patenaude, who has given himself this title. And I personally find the poetry amusing.

I am a student of FSD, but like stringfellow, I got relly upset at the new program: "Learn the family secrets". When I joined the BBC, many moons ago, I was assured preferentila treatment and they would teach me what wasn't taught to ordinary students.

Years later I find that everybody and his dog is now being accepted in the BBC, actaully there is now more students in the BBC than there is regular students. They will not learn any more than regular students unless the pay the $97.00 a month.

On a different note, I also saw JP throw a tantrum; not teaching, but at a Christmas, or should I say, a drinking party.

I have spoken to people who were ripped off by these people, and while I wish I could respond appropriately to Stephane, I'm affraid that they did not teach me enough.

I have enrolled in a different system, and I wish everyone good luck in their training.
