Basically he's been working with US and Filipino Marine Force Recon units for a number of years developing this material (five plus). It's been tested in combat against rebels in the southern Phillipines.

That's all I know, Guro Doug can answer more questions. I'm just the messenger.

He likes to "loosen the middle" of those in the seminar by having them do 200+ crunches. Be ready for that.

Im assuming no live fire. Unless this school has a range. Any equipment required to bring?

The best thing is to contact Doug. Participants will be primarily using an airsoft pistol which roughly simulates a semi automatic pistol (clip loaded, able to be cocked, etc.). I don't know if there will be live weapons with simunition rounds or not.
