Which school or Guy that we rapped is not bullshido?

This site has been going for awhile and I am sure there has been cases where we rapped a school or guy to be bullshido stuff and to turn out they are not? Just would like to know what schools or teacher out there has been cleared of bullshido.

From my understanding, Tiger Schulmann's Karate is cleared of being bullshido, eventhough their financial system had been grilled before.

A school that teaches good techniques, but has contracts and or high monthly tuition and belt fees would be a mcdojo, but not be bullshido.


Examples:
Bullshido is teaching that you can knock someone by giving them the finger from across the room

Mcdojo is charging $400 a month for bjj lessons.
