    Kombat arts (review)

Ok, so I FINALLY had a chance to check out Kombar Arts Training academy
    www.kombatarts.com

Joey remembered me (always nice) and It was great to see Joe ( the Wado-ryu instructor who happens to be my wife's cousin).
When I got there, 3 people were going through beginners boxing and a big MT guy was beating up on 3 other MT guys ( one at a time).
This is always a good sign.
Now classes start at 6 but the gym is open from 1 I think.
Now I get off work at 4:30 and have to be home by 6:30, so NO classes for me, but I can use the gym.
I am sure I can convince someone there to spar or roll if I get the itch.

They have a ring and mat area and wooded floor area.

I believe I will be joing.
At least I am sure I will be able to convince Joey for some one-on-one once and awhile.

    Anyone care to join me?

That was by far the most one-sided, inarticulate review I've ever had the misfortune of reading in my entire life.

That was more like literary fellatio than a review, only most literary fellatio atleast makes use of abjectives. I wish I lived near a place like that damnit.

Ok, so, now that I have MORE time.
The place was great, a tad small for ALL the stuff they have, but still, pretty cool.
They have 3 thai bags, 3 heavy bags, padded wooden dummy, power rack, etc.
Not a place to do weights mind you.
A nice mat area for rolling.

I saw the beginning of a thai class, ok...the usual stuff.

Again, because my time does not permit it, I didn't bother checking out the other classes, but one thing i have found out dutimg my "dojo hoping" is that, classes are ALL the same, its the quality of instruction that matters.

I will probably be starting in the September.
