I finally have my garage set up!! So if we are talking physical training as well as receiving instruction my schedule is this:

M - 1.5 hrs PT, bag work, stick work
        T - 1 hr JKD
        W - same as M
        F - same as M, train/spar with a buddy
Sa or Su - 1 hr JKD

I am trying to negotiate another session a week at JKD with my wife, but there was a tragic event in her family earlier this year and she is still dealing with that. So I stay home ant throw in another day of bag work, etc.

I would like to find some people in the area that would like to get together on a semi-regular basis for some informal traininig. I desperately need to work on my ground fighting. I am in the western burbs of Chicago.

Hey, if Kinjite is in the area, maybe he can come and show off his D34DLY moves!!

          One week:
          M - W - F = 1.5 hours of MA ea day
          One week:
          M-F = ST 1 hour each day
          W= 1,5 hours MA

          Rinse and repeat.

That depends on whether or not you count the half hour of chi kung, you wing chun nutrider in denial.

Admit it, you hate wing chun because you are still trying to find out some secret fighting technique or another.

Hah! The ancient wing chun technique of keeping other people in the dark makes another victim!

                            Mon/Wed: 2.5-3 hrs
                            Tues/Thurs: 0.5-1.5 hrs
                            Friday: 3 hrs
                            Sat: 2.5-3 hrs
                            Sun: 1-2 hrs.

Plus another 3-4 hours of weight training
Plus another 6 hours of teaching (basic level)

More often than not, though, I wind up missing one day out of the week--generally a Wednesday or Sunday.
