I seems that the JREF's Youtube account has been suspended. I can't access any JREF videos and get the "This video has been removed due to terms of use violation." message.

Allow me to expand a little more on this.

As of recent, atheist/skeptic youtube channels have been attacked by votebots, false DMCA claims (for lulz google: "Thunderf00t vs. VenomfangX", and hate speech claims.


Now,if you are a little legal savy you can fight this but many people aren't and so they are effectively censored.

His channel should be up by the end of the week.

Could be some *presumed* violation of copyright law. Youtube has been pretty fucking stupid lately, changing soundtracks or completely deleting accounts with content allowed under fair use laws.

He doesn't "use copyrighted material", which is how most of these things are handled.

DMCA claims is how many an account have been suspended. Mind you, these are mostly creationism-centric.
