    Have you noticed that lots rules of wtf sparring seem to be not enforced anymore. For example kicks to the thigh are against the rules but if you follow it up with a more powerful secondary technique there is no warning or anything. Also kicking the back Seems to be no warnings and even points awarded. Defensive cut kicks (lifting leg for more than 2 seconds in kicking pose) not sure if this rule has ever been enforced my teacher say to follow up with an offensive move after though.

    rules have changed, we learn to aim the first kick of double kicks at the thigh, well, alot of blackbelts recommend it

      Yeah. Pretty much the only thing that actually would be non-negotiably taboo is if you punched your opponent in the chops. And even then, you'd only get off with a warning at first.

          nah, its just ok to throw it in combinations like double kicks, not legal on paper but refs never call it, but if u keep on targeting thighs with backleg roundhouses theyll probably warn u
