Try getting up 3 hours early every day for a week. It works for me when I get in a habit of falling asleep too late. Then I readjust as necessary. Your body likes and tends to a set schedule...

I really don't want to take pills or medication. The problem isn't that bad. What I've been doing is a little bit of sleep deprivation this week and then try to improve my time management so I am not staying up so late and have more control over when I sleep.

Chew Valerian root or get it in pill form. If you want to try and get your body back into the rythym of sleep Stillnox is a good sleeping pill. Not to adictive and as about close to natural sleep as your going to get through a pill.

There is little difference. Opiates come from "herbs", for example.

    correct and correct...

I am serious...I study herbal medicine (not that I want to, I study it because of my health), working on how to deal with digestive problems that prevents tonics from being digested properly

Dr. Newman K. Lin is one of the greatest Sexual health specialist in Traditional Chinese Medicine

And yes people consider me a troll, but I am serious about this Chinese Medicine stuff....and I am serious about that girl Tenzin Palkyi

In fact I'm serious most of the time but I just like to talk in a creative Sakuraba style way...

Why is it insane? Too much info?

Dr.Newman K. Lin Sifu is considered to be the greatest sexual health specialist that Chinese Medicine has ever produced.

However if you have impotence and other signs of deficiency (insomia, anxiety, depression etc.) along with heat excess in the stomach......then you might want to consult future great Cheenook first....why? because I Cheenook deals with the transition from stomach problems to tonification (if your stomach cannot process tonics, you need to clean the stomach first)

I'm currently working on a Rhubarb attack to heat excess in the stomach/intestine (constipation)

    udo,

    I know the solution!!!!!!!!!!!

    Go to https://www.actionlove.com/orderform.htm

Get item: 3-014, ViaPal-hGH-M consists of ViaGrowth-IV, MoodMax, and 5-HTP

This formula will restore your biochemistry, including sexual chemistry (testosterone, DHEA), serotonin/melatonin etc.

You must take advantage of my advise soon because soon I will not be able to talk about Traditional Chinese Medicine anymore in public and therefore wouldn't be able to give you this advise.
Why do I have keep quiet about my study of Chinese Medicine? Because Tenzin Palkyi is the girl I like and she's Tibetan so I don't want to talk about anything Chinese to her.

These all sound like good ideas. I"ll try them out.

Mercurious, I don't know if I can handle the sleep deprivation route(although I bet it would work).
