All I know is, I sleep terrible when I'm NOT deployed, because having nothing to worry about makes me more inclined to go out and participate in drunken debauchery.

I got what sleep I could while deployed. Back in garrison, probably 6-8 hours a night.

Funny though, I had a lot of trouble going to sleep after I got back. The lack of gunfire and explosions that had become background noise to me was conspicuously absent. Weird.

Oh it's completely commercial and uses aggressive advertising, but I just ignore it since I don't train at a RMAX school/acadamey. I own a few of the DVD's and train the material with a buddy of mine on the weekends and by myself for about 20 minutes after class.

Yeah I did, that why I was a little leary of it at first, but most of the material is sound depending on what your using it for. The DVD's I own are mostly the fitness related ones and are similar to yoga. I'd actually recommend them to anybody since I saw results pretty fast. As for the putting it in the style field I figured why not, there are people on the site with less relavant things in it.

Well I'm moving there in about 4 months so I should fit right in, except it won't be a jungle and everyone won't be speaking spanish.

I've got Intu-Flow, Extension, and a copy of the grapplers toolbox. I've also got 2 clubbells.
