A video game that helps cure cancer.

    Xbox Rx

Now doctors and patients can both zap tumors. In a recent Stanford University medical center study, cancer patients who played the video game Re-Mission had higher blood levels of their chemotherapy drugs and adhered to their antibiotic regimens better than those who sat out.

The story line of Re-Mission revolves around Roxxi, a robot that kills cancer cells, beats bacterial infections, and copes with chemotherapy. For a free copy go to re-mission.net.
A game that helps fight cancer? Sounds good to me.

You can check it out here.

Finally, some good outta playing video games.

I told you, I put my flag there first. It was just invisible.

It's probably a placebo effect thing, but I'd still take it.

Stanford is full of surfer hippies and cry babies. The graduate students that conducted the study probably just wanted more grant money to keep playing video games.
