    1) There is a forum specifically for stuff Non-MA

    2) I give you *some* respect for playing music that others can listen to.

    3) What the hell are those 4 formats? Are they all just heavy metal?

Sorry, I must have overlooked it...

Actually, not all of what I play is considered "metal", per se. My station's format is primarily death metal, black metal, and such. Goth, industrial, and other such that I play usually fall outside of those genres, for variety. Listening to the same kind of music all the time gets quite boring after a while.

      Coming up:

      Incubus
      Metallica
      Midnight Syndicate
      Zeromancer
      Blind Gaurdian
      Dropkick Murphys
      Korn and Marilyn Manson
      Voltaire
      Much more...

P.S.: If there's a mod about, please move this to the appropriate forum.

            Just a critique...

Dropkick Murphys, as much as I love them, are not metal. Neither is Incubus, unless you're counting their much older stuff.

EDIT: This post came across as asshole-ish. I didn't mean it, I promise.

And the Dropkick Murphys are awesome, check out the Real McKenzies too.

The Dropkick Murphys are more punk, I realise, but as I already mentioned, My broadcasts cover several genres of music, not all of them metal. I've been known to play Barry Manilow and Pokemon just to be mean :evil6:

For good punk music that might be good for your station, get some of Epitaph's Punk-O-Rama cd's. 1-6 are the best, 7 is when they start to get crappy, 9 is just total balls. They're really cheap too.

I'll keep that in mind...one of the other DJs, Sickfish, is heavily into the punk scene.

Now I feel bad for listening to Metallica and Marylin Manson. :(
