Ok, I also got some snoop, and some Jedi Mind Trick.

    Keep the suggestions going.

I like IT and JMT. Good shit imo.

Man this thread is great. There's just so much I missed out on. I gotta start getting some CDs again (curse my obsession of comics, and martial arts DVDs). Anyway, I know they were all mentioned, but I just wanted to second/third/fourth some of them again:

        2Pac
        Eminem
        Notorious BIG
        Busta
        Blackalicious
        Wu Tang (forever)
NAS (Illmatic...I'll mention it again for Phrost)
Outkast (from Southernplayalistic all the way to SpeakerBoxxx/Love Below)
        Eric B and Rakim
        Eyedea
        Atmosphere
        3rd Bass
        Beastie Boys
Scarface (probably wasn't mentioned yet, but he's on my list)
        Slick Rick
        Run DMC
        KRS-1/BDP
        Tribe Called Quest
        Gang Starr

Others that probably don't fit in with the above mentioned (some of these will probably require a thump on the skull from you guys, but I like them anyway)

        E-40
        Too Short
Sir Mix-a-lot (he's done way more classics than "Baby got Back")
        NWA
        Eazy E
        Ludacris

          Kriss Kross.
And that's when I figured out that tears couldn't make somebody who was dead alive again. There's another thing to learn about tears, they can't make somebody who doesn't love you any more love you again. It's the same with prayers. I wonder how much of their lives people waste crying and praying to God. If you ask me, the devil makes more sense than God does. I can at least see why people would want him around. It's good to have somebody to blame for the bad stuff they do. Maybe God's there because people get scared of all the bad stuff they do. They figure that God and the Devil are always playing this game of tug-of-war game with them. And they never know which side they're gonna wind up on. I guess that tug-of-war idea explains how sometimes, even when people try to do something good, it still turns out bad.

Hell yeah..Sir Mix-a-lot my Posse's on Broadway was a classic and required daily Ghetto blaster playing in the day. NWA was good, but I couldn't stand Eazy E after the break up, best thing about EZ was listening to Dre and Snoop goof on him on The Chronic.

Yeah, that was funny, but it's hard to take any of that seriously after Dre's stint in the World Class Wrecking Crew.

                    Dont think iv hear them.
Wow, I didn't pick up on that.

I'll have to listen more closely next time,

Swollen Members is a Canadian Group.

They have CRAZY music in my opinion, their lyrics are all self promotion for the most part, or atleast from what I have heard on the radio.

^^^ No, their lyrics are more akin to what a confused 14-year old dungeons and dragons enthusiast would write in order to impress his buddies with t3h rapskillz.

(this opinion was based on limited listening to their first album, and might or might not be applicable to any music produced by Swollen Members since then)
