    SBG pomitions/transmissions

Is anyone here familiar with the Straight Blast Gym's notions of pomitions and/or transmissions? Could anyone give a description, and maybe an example or two? The only thing I've been able to find is that pomitions = position and submission as one, and transmissions = submissions out of movement; not exactly a lot of detail to go on there. Thanks.

    "po-mission" - positional submission

it's where you work from cross sides and lock the opponent down tight then and work for a submission from there. The difference is that you don't give up position in any way to go for the submission.

Best bet is to go to www.mma.tv jkd forum section. It's populated by a lot of the SBGi coaches and they can answer your question better there.
