The US can sell you all the oil and LNG you need, I reiterate.

So, they arrest the UK Ambassador, the UK objects, and now it's "death to the UK".

The Ayatollah is doubling down, apparently. Or he is not in control of all the "true believers".

Iran's biggest threat is if they get nukes, or can build a dirty bomb of some sort, really. Other than that, unless the West just let them, they are not going to be able to take over.

Not until the US-UK Imperium is in control.

You guys really want to depend on Russia for your energy supplies ? Just wait until Vlad starts playing hardball.

Do some more drilling in the North Sea, and become good friends with Norway, at the very least.

BP won't be in Iraq if Iran gets its way.

Iran/Germany/Russia = the new axel of evil .

Off course when I say new I mean old just making a comeback thanks to liberals .

          You know like measles .

We need some MARA!! (Make Europe Rubble Again)

You take Russia and Iran and we’ll take Germany.

Iranian Americans are apparently celebrating the General's death.

For 41 years there have never been open state to state hostilities. That's why it's called "proxy war". Cyber warfare, counterterrorism, and multilateral pressure are the only things that have kept Iran relatively contained, whether we're talking nuclear energy, terrorism, etc.

So much for containment, and here's the worst part: from Iraq 2003 to Iraq 2020, the USA looks like a bunch of hapless buckaroos, yet again, unable to stop sticking our national prick into the suck, which now definitely includes Iran in a way it never did before.

So much for "America First". You're witnessing the dawn of the next 10-20 years of US-influenced Middle East conflict. We're even being asked by democratic vote to leave, but we can never leave.

And Iran is not alone. They have very, very powerful friends.

I think that is the problem with all fanatics. No one really controls them but someone can give into everything the mob does and take the appearance of being in control. The ayatollah is just giving them permission to do what they wanted to do anyway and they reward him with deification.

It's the oldest scam in the world.

Has anyone noticed how global politics have become a giant conflagration of opposing angry mobs? I mean, moreso than previously.

There's always been an excess of that of that but now it's turning into a real shit flinging contest. I'm really starting to eyeball the exits before this gets (further) out of hand.

We were in open war with Iran when the Vincennes shot down the Iranian airliner. 1988..

If you noticed my point about all the WW3 memes and post about bit reflecting on the fact that we just accept war.

Further out of hand or an eye opening of realistic possibilities if those pushing their agendas don't real in the extremists. Us included.

I swear, I want whatever you smoke or to live in your la la land. Social media and 24 hour news changed perceptions, it didn"t change actual events.

No, the giant conflagration and angry mobs just get more press.

I think there's a positive feedback loop associated with it. Mostly I smoke Royal Kush, Afghooey and a strain called Nuken. Very smooth, very mellow focus driven highs. Good for fighting nausea and fatigue without the heart pounding of Pineapple Express. The local genetics of Afghooey and Nuken especially kind of remind me of a cross between a mild benzo and an edge-less version of adderall. Strangely libidinous like an upper without all the angst to be perfectly honest.
