The plane crashed 3 Mins after take off from a VERY busy International Airport it wasn't flying through some random bit of Air Space, it was in Air Space with other Air Assets coming and going.
It was still climbing (btw the most likely time for an engine issue) it only got to 8,000 ft
Your theory is some AA operator sitting god know where(their is no AA by that airport) saw a plane take off from an airport and was like Oh NOs thats an American war plane better shoot it down!?

The Plane was still inside of the zone of control of the Airport. It was still essentially taking off.

Also there are aviation tracking hobbyist even in Iran.
None of them have suggested anything funking going on that day.

The chances that happened vs an engine accident 2 days after the engine was serviced?
I think I know which of those two I would bet on.
Especially since no AA assets where close enough to make that shot.
Nor do we have any reports from other pilots in the sky, aviation trackers, or anyone else of AA missiles being shot.
This plane wasn't in some remote part of the country it was by the Airport
