I think I would do all the safety/comfort stuff first, especially the brakes, steering, 5 lug rims and good tires.
The interior stuff is generally pretty time consuming. You farming it out or doing it yourself ?
I love the POR stuff, discovered it while working on my old Toyota.

Supercharger kits for a 5.0 ford are a bit spendy, have fun with that.
