I was just young enough to not really know any of this stuff, but I remember Reagan's run for prez? We marched around the playground at recess chanting "out with Carter, in with Reagan." I would have been 6, at the time. I guess I do kinda shelter my kids from some of the more strange happenings in today's world, so it's probably a genetic condition.

About halfway through the final episode of WWC, though I'd throw this out for Monkey shinings: http://www.vulture.com/2018/03/wild-...-they-now.html Looked it up because Swami Prem Niren seems like a wholly likeable and reasonable, smart lawyerly dude, and I was curious what he was into, these days. Well, everyone in the series seems both lucid and reasonable, on camera. If the docuseries was the only evidence at trial, I think I'd have a hard time with deciding.
Totally forgot about the Godfather link, that was also a nifty.
The Scary TruthTM is that crazy people and otherwise famous people rub elbows a little too often for comfort. We're reaping that, in Trump, but also in many other places - he's got no corner on the WTF market, he's just current.Consider for a moment that there is no meme about brown-haired, brown-eyed step children.

I am so glad others found it as enlightening and entertaining as I did. The girlfriend was freaking out the whole time because she had NO IDEA anything like that had gone down. People need to be aware that the world is an amazing, lively, confusing, and complex place. Our Civic Duty is to keep making it so.
Fucking Silvertooth is my hero.
