Details have been released (well some).
I can say not impressed with the name or the way it looks but ultimately those are things I don't care about. Really its going to come down to the games, something that will no doubt be awesome enough for me to shell out the cash well in a few years, as I get older I like to lag more and more on these things. Plenty of 360 games I haven't played yet.

I wanna know what the specs are.

Both the PS4 and Xbox "One" are going to be running on what are essentially downgraded AMD Piledriver based CPUs (Jaguar) with AMD graphics supposedly similar in performance to the current AMD 7000 series.

The PS4 CPU is going to have a 2 ghz clock speed and the Xbox is 1.6 ghz. Both have 8 gb of RAM, with one gig on the PS4 dedicated to OS. The big difference on graphics is that PS4 will be using DDR5 and Xbox DDR3.

So basically the two main contenders for your living room space have nearly identical specs with the PS4 having a slight edge.

I've never owned any consoles in the XBOX or PS series, nor am I planning to buy this gen. I'm only interested in the specs of both, so in the future I know the minimum specs for my next pc. Needs to be a chunk better than these specs.
