Bastard. I played MTG once, in the 90's. It was dumb. I've got some nerdy interests, and have done some nerdy things, but that never appealed to me.

Now I know there's some douche out there using an Internet handle I've had a lock on since the mid-90's. Also, apparently there's some DJ out there using it too.

We discovered that the user had been trading with Phrost_, and had mistakenly left off the underscore. We nuked most of the thread, and put an announcement on our frontpage about how witchhunts are bad, mmmkay.

Anyway, sorry on behalf of the parts of /r/magictcg who are reddit youngsters, and weren't around for the witchhunt fiascos of yesteryear (like the time all the redditors decided it would be cool to call bullshit on the girl who said she had cancer and harass her in real life... what a trainwreck!)

On behalf of the mods, we're doing our best to enforce some standards of decorum without squelching free speech, which is tricky but I'm sure we'll get the hang of it soon.
