I checked out the crazy environmentalists' claim that the news media is censoring the Arkansas tar sand pipeline leak. I guess the conspiracy nuts don't realize that major media outlets like The Smog Blog, Natural Resources Defense Council, Alternet, Treehugger blog, Huffington Post blog, Energy Live News, and PolicymMic are covering it in depth. So there conspiracy nuts!
The new Texas leak and the Canadian one are certainly as well covered.
Oh, Exxon seems to be claiming that since tar sand fluid isn't oil, they aren't liable for damages.
