I have been googling around, all I can find is that this occurred in Baltimore. No names, or which Mcdonalds, nothing.

It looks to me like the girl suffered severe head, and probable neck injuries. I am wondering if she lived.

Given that the video camera man encouraged the attackers to leave, because of the severity of the situation, I would have to say he is an accessory.

That poor girl sustained a good number of hard shots to the back of the head and neck...that is the type of thing you do when you are trying to kill someone.

I wouldn't say the cameraman was an accessory by telling the two girls to leave, he might just have been trying to stop the victim from any further violence/injury as the attackers were still close and looked like they might have been willing to carry on. Plus he did film it which makes any prosecution a lot easier as it clearly shows the victim being beaten in a manner which no one could claim as self defence.

The fact that people are laughing in the background is what makes me sick as in what way could this be construed as funny.
