Hey hows it going guys. I just have a quick question for you all. I plan to take muay thai very soon, but with my lavish lifestyle that we full time college kids posess, I cannot afford it at the moment, so I took up p.e. this semester to sorta compensate. I've started a pretty basic workout I believe, I jog 1 mile for a warm up and then do squats and other exercises that target my major muscle groups for 3 sets of 12. Other than that, is there anything Muay Thai specific that I could incorporate into my workout? Or should I even be lifting weights at all? Thanks for your input.
Oh, btw, I'm 5'8'' at 135lbs, a skinny piece of **** haha.
