aceshigh you mention on ur site that tom meitz is the team dr and chiropracter but you said earlier no one on the team is involved in the chiropracter business. so which is it is he a chiropracter or is he not. it just seems like you keep contradicting yourself. Also the one thing that everyone on here wants to know is who did you train with?, if you trained with credible people then we will know that you in fact are as good as you say you are. that is all we are asking where did you get your rank or did you buy it like the example you used in your post.
and im not going to call you, i think everyone on the site would back off of you f you just tell us who you trained with and what rank you acheived. honestly that is what we want to know and then i think the thread would die off. thank you

hahaha very funny there kyoshikomodo or however you spell that crazy name of yours

okay, sounds good. A membership to a health club, training at a boxing gym, discounted chiroprator, a nutritionist, dietary specialist and cardio trainer and what do you do? Think Ralph is onto something. One post says a black sash and "equivalency" in Muay Thai, now last one says, sash and a black belt. Whats the secret in who and where you got Gung Fu accreditation? Point about buying black belts does happen sometimes. Do you guys subscribe to that? If not why would you even bring up such stupid thought? Don't buy the line, when you are ready to sponsor the whole team with real money, then we'll tell you who we trained with. Makes no sense at all.
Get Bull to settle down. It does neither you or your sponsors any good if he is dealing with flashbacks and such.

Both myself and David the lead trainer hold black sashes and belts.

But guys the only thing about black belts is they can be bought - so really that was not my point at all.

So, of course, the obvious thing to do would be to explain where and from who you got your training, and from where your credentials come. If you're going to charge people ridiculous sums of money to roll around on your living room floor, you ought to at least be able to produce a lineage that other martial artists would recognize and accept.

Otherwise, you might just be yet another guy pretending to have t3h d34dly koong-fooo.

So, simple questions, what ranks do you and the trainer hold in what arts and where and from who did you get that training. This is neither rocket science or a state secret.

Generally, people unwilling to answer that question are talking out of their ass.

What lineages i have not seen any and i think i speak for everyone here we have yet to see anything yet. Also aceshigh414 the reason why we want to know is because you put yourself out there none of us have done that. we just want to know where you are getting all your credentials, and how much did you have to pay for them. Are you ashamed of who taught you what you know? thats what i think this is. or you know that you are a fraud, and you dont want to mention anyones name because you know that you are lying about it.

myself: i trained in Raleigh-Durham, NC I am a 2nd degree black belt i have trained with Jesse Bowen (it was a couple of years ago) and now I am currently looking for somewhere to train in Jacksonville, NC and I am looking for an instructor. I was going to move up east, but because of my job I will be staying in North Carolina for the time being.

Now it is your turn enlighten us

The answer to all of these questions is simple I feel no need to explain to people who have not shown me any of these sacred crudentials you all speak of. Since you are all judjing me shouldn't I know my accusers backrounds as well or is that a national secret. My lineage and the lead trainer's lineage are proven to the people that matter to the team - ie. sponsors and fighters that train with us. That is all I will say on this matter.

You want proof well I would like to know what gives you all that right. Show lineages and I will be happy to.

Ok, so let me get this straight:

You run a business selling martial arts instruction, yet refuse to show credentials to prospective clients, telling them they have no right to see them until they first show you theirs.

Dude, PR 101 called, you just failed. This is an ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY. This site generates a metric fuckton of traffic, this thread alone has over 2,200 views. Do yourself a favor and type "tnt destruction squad" into google. You'll get your team's site, and directly below that this thread, titled "Scam or the real deal?". It's in your best interest to get this **** cleared up, or your potential clients are going to see the word "scam" next to your team's name. You can be sure they'll click on the link (oooh, drama!) and read about how one of your fighters is full of rage and how you refuse to provide your credentials claiming "outsiders have no right to see them".

I'm not saying you have to kiss ass and make friends (although that helps). Just use this opportunity to show yourself and your team as up-and-comming pros who take the high road and are willing to prove that they are legit. If you have problems dealing with people on a business level (like me), hire a PR/Marketing guy to be your mouthpiece. If you think this is "unmanly", then make the guy train from time to time at your gym and no one will think you're "hiding behind a suit".

And just so I don't come off as genuinely helpful or friendly in a rough kind of way, I leave you with this conundrum: you have a fully equipped gym at your disposal, and yet all your website shows are "action photos" from somebody's livingroom. Why?

i figured out what i can compare this destruction squad scam to... in the movie napoleon dynamite there is a scene with Rex Kwon Do. I can see it now in the livng room with your American flag Otomix pants on saying "Bow to your Sensei"

'Cause I'm T.N.T., I'm dynamite
(T.N.T.) and I'll win the fight
(T.N.T.) I'm a power load
(T.N.T.) watch me explode

please tell me this is what you train to

1st, let me thank Bull for his service to our country and for his team mates for helping him on his safe return home. I am assuming he was in some sort of corpsman or special ops in Navy to be in Iraq on ground. Hats off to all our volunteer armed forces.
Aceshigh414, I think a lot of people on this site may be practitioners, like myself. I mean, I have studied for years, done some competing but do not own a school or teach. Myself, I would put it out where my background specifically came from so if people wanted to check they could. With so much negativity going on in martial arts, I think maybe people want to feel safe and comfortble with someone teaching them. I am in Brooklynand out here if someone new comes along to teach people just naturally wan to get names of who instructed them. Example being doctors and lawyers will let you know where they grduated from. No big deal, maybe you should put it out to quiet this once and for all

Ralph Macchio you are very funny... Today is my birthday and my wife (Slave) showed me these forums and helped me register in this site. I personally dont train in martial arts although i am fasicnated by it, and apparently resemble the great Bruce Lee. All my life i was picked on for it and now i see a site where i can get some closure to middle school harrassment. p.s. TNT was played at my wedding reception

well thanks bruce but this site is no joke. we are trying to get to the bottom of all this and the dynamite team is not helping. I am a martial artists and this personally makes me sick, people like them ruin it for the rest of the real deal people.

If you have paid some attention to my previous posts you will see some lineages already posted.

Happy hunting.

Ok, I trained in Taekwondo from 1993 to 1998 under 3rd degree BB Jose Castro, who is under Wade Vierra who is a BJJ Brown Belt under Cesar Gracie and a 7th degree black belt in TKD. I trained with 4th degree BB Chang Bae Yi in TKD from 1999-2001, I don't know his instructor. From 2001 to 2004 I briefly trained with 4th degree bb Master Ford from the ATA, but not enough to be really included, just infrequent workouts. From 2005-2006 I trained with Jose Castro again, and then from the end of 2006 to the present I train at the Hardcore Gym under Rory and Adam Singer.

I have videos of me compting at Casca Grossa and NAGA vailable on google video. You can watch them via This link. (http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=kintanon&sitesearch=)

Unfortunately none of my TKD competitions ended up in a video format I could get onto the web, so they are lost to antiquity, but they sucked anyways, so no big loss.

That's my complete martial arts history. Your turn. Who are your instructors, what arts, what ranks, etc... When did you train with them, what ranks did you receive. What makes you qualified to train people and charge them for it?

You could at least try slightly varying the writing style on your obvious multiple accounts.

One, for example, could be a chirpy 19th Century chimney sweep, another a tightly-buttoned Southern plantation owner, and so on. I think richer characterisation would really bring this story to life.
