View Full Version : Fedor's GnP

2/20/2008 1:54am,
Not sure if this is a stupid question or not, so I'm posting it here.

I think I was watching Pride Shockwave 2004 on rental when one of the commentators started talking briefly (after taking Big Nog down) about how Fedor has revolutionized Ground n' Pound, and that sort of piqued my interest. I'd always thought of Fedor having semi-technical but somehow amazing boxing, great subs (especially off his back) and great takedowns/takedown defense.

I'd thought of Fedor as having good GnP, maybe even great, but revolutionary was puzzling to me. So my question is firstly, am I mistaken in what I heard or in what I thought about Fedor? Secondly, how did Fedor revolutionize the GnP? Video demonstration/comparison would be really helpful too.

So KenshinBt10, you decided to go ahead and register huh? Cool. Don't forget to review your dojo (http://www.bullshido.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=83).
