I had my first fight last week. The organization I fought for is the USKO (United States Kickboxing Organization). They sanction FCR bouts.

I was wondering has anyone fought for them before. I gotta say it was nice. They brought in a ref, who was excellent. Though I believe their judges sucked. (I lost a bullshit split decision).

But I can't really find too much about them on the net, except for a small website with little info.

Anyone know about them?

In spite of what some other web-sites would have you believe, we here at Bullshido.net welcome you, KFighter, with open arms and hope that you will share with us your unique experiences and ideas on the martial arts.... so that we may then make fun of those experiences and ideas.

I don't know maybe because you've been here for 2 years and posting in Newbietown, or the fact it's a question best posted in the MMA/competition subforum.

Never heard of them but there are many many kickboxing sanctioning orgs. IKF probably being the biggest over here in the eastern

In my experience the promoter matters more then whatever sanctioning body they're using and it's not uncommon for the same promoter to use varied sanctioning bodies for some reasons.

Thanks AT.

The promoter is good, they make sure we are safe, but still allow all the action to go on.
