what i think is the top one is better because it has black belt instructors while the bottom one only has blue belt. the top one is mostly BJJ while the bottom one is mostly something else. this is what i think but i dont really have a clue.

Uh, it is difficult to say, based on the internet. Obviously, you could go to the schools and see if anyone is having fun or learning to fight.

The top one is a black belt Rodrigo Medeiros affiliate. He has a competition record going back to awards as a blue belt in 1994. He trained as an instructor for 2 years at Gracie's Torrance Academy.

The bottom one is a blue belt under Jared Weiner. He's more into stick fighting.

What do you think?

How would anyone know? I've done little BJJ, enjoyed it a lot and it has obvious good progression and logic and sanity and other the other hand, the Phillipino arts are very well respected (the flow movement in Kajukenbo is from Kali, etc) and everyone should have stick basics down. So GO to the schools. Watch and/or workout if they let you check it out. Then tell us.
