Newbie question.

I'm trying to PM a member to ask a question about a local group. I click on his name in one of his forum posts. Get to his profile. Click to message him. And am then told that I don't have sufficient privileges to do this.

Don't want to gum up the forums with questions that would be irrelevant to most members, unless I can't reach him any other way.

Could you fill us noobs in about PM procedure and protocol, please?

Thanks.

(Abject bow to person who deigns to respond to f'ing noob question.)

Welcome to the Bullshido Forums winx... Make sure you review your dojo (http://www.bullshido.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=83) and add it to your user control panel so you can get the http://www.bullshido.net/images/dojoreview1.gif icon in your user info bar in your posts.

Hi winx

You have to build up your post cound a bit before you can use the PM function - I think you need to have posted more than 50 posts, but I'm not too sure about that number.

Alternatively you can become a silver member.

Cheers
Mike

I'll work on the post count.
