The tournament is in Bellingham, WA, an hour and a half North of Seattle. Date: July 29th.
Here's some information I pulled off another forum:

I'm pretty sure some Seattle Kyokushin guys (and gals) are going to fight in it.

Open HungGar -- does that mean you have to do Hunggar or not?

This is interesting.

I was not aware that Kung Fu styles held full vontact tournaments these days apart from San Shou.

I'd go, but I'd get my ass kicked with my TKD skillz.

I just got my ass handed to me in one two weeks ago. I'm still sporting 2 shiners.

Sparring Rules

Advanced:
No direct contact to face or groin, light contact to head and face

Any outburst of uncontrolled emotion is grounds for dismissal. "No Exceptions!"

Not exactly "full" contact...

And I don't see anything about not being allowed to choke people out :icon_thum .

I might have missed it in the rules - is this with gloves or bare-fist (Kyokushin style)?
If it's no head contact plus gloves that is lame.

I'm pretty sure they require gloves, at least for the divisions where face contact is legal.
