Hmm
"Canvas. You like? JC Penney $3.98." - Mr. Miyagi I wonder if JC Penny had to pay the production team of Karte Kid to have that said in the film, like a product placement...? Anyway...

The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed later.

Shamrock hands down. im sick of all of you bashing shamrock cuz he lost to Tito. Ken had to lose 30 pounds to fight him! Ken had a huge disadvantage. And why do all of you woreship Tank Abbott? He got his ass kicked more than shamrock did!

And Don't count Shamrock out yet, He is coming back to fight in UFC 43 against Ian "The Machine" Freeman.

I'm surprised that Schleprock can beat anyone, considering what an ape he is; he's so obsessed with his ego that he's only one step short of Steven Seagal in winning the Ultimate Biting Chumpionship.
He's not too bright, and he applies his moves like an ape, trying to depend on brute strength for every move with only a mockery of technique or strategy-- this may work in a boxing ring like Mike Tyson or Jake La Motta, but in the Octagon, he's a "Raging Bull in a China Shop," and so he ends up losing to a proper technician like Hoyce Gracie, or to someone stronger like Dan Severin.

Ken originally taught me moves like the ankle-lock, but when I tried them in practice they either didn't work or guy barely felt it; then a really nice little Brazilian guy named Gracie showed me how to do them PROPERLY, and I saw how Shleprock was giving away 80% of his leverage by being flip and trying to prove how strong his forearms were etc.

Simply put, Schleprock's ego writes checks that his body can't cash-- not when matched against the best.
Vince McMahon was right: he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, and dull blades can be the most dangerous- to the wielder.

FRANK Shamrock is an excellent submissions coach.
