Anyone know about the new TV show that starts on March 30th (Sunday night at 9:00)? It might be the modern day answer to the 70's TV show Kung Fu. Check it out at this link (trailer is provided).

It looks like it might be intersting. Perhaps it will be a possitive show on martial arts.

I was going to let you know about the broken link.

Knowing it is not enough, we must apply.

From http://www.geocities.com/samayael666/russmag1.html (ain't Google grand?)

"I dabbled in TKD and trained in a style called Shoji Ryu...I also study Fu Jow Pai in New York. I've got a background in mime, ballet and jazz, which also helps a great deal with executing entertaining fight sequences."

[p.4] "I love [Vanishing Sun] the series. Iv'e always been fascinated by Kung Fu, and I identify with the character. I practice Zazen meditation, and I prefer traditional Kung-Fu. I've never been interested in competition."

Does Russell feel his success will parlay him into a martial arts star on the big screen? "Not really," he confesses, "That's not where my interests like. I always wanted to be in Mifune type of films, not chop socky stuff, but I'm not pursuing a martial arts film career. I would prefer to go in the direction of Harrison Ford or Anthony Hopkins."

What more can one ask for, smokin hot chicklettes, martial arts, and Sunday night TV. Also, Russell is a decent actor.

Pizdoff,
I have spelled your name correctly on a number of occasions. Look it up and get back to me.

"Vanishing Son"??? Hey, I remember that show! It was actually pretty good. Well, *I* liked it, anyway. I thought the "evil" brother was a bit on the... well... let's just say I didn't like the casting for that part. The good son, though, was pretty cool. Is that who the lead actor will be in this series? If so, I might have to check it out.

My wife and I were big Vanishing Son fans. It had a decent plot and good action. Natuarlly the needed to take it off the error, after all good tv is not acceptable these days. :) I'll look forward to Black Sash. Hell it's go Mako the man who has played ever Asian nationality possible.
