a basic problem:I'm constantly plagued by dierrea. I eat:
Breakfast:Oatmeal w/protein and creatine cooked in, with brown sugar and cinnomen to taste and olive oil and milk to texture.
Brunch:A turkey sammich with 6-8 slices turkey(10-15g protein) on whole wheat, a slice swiss cheese(4g protein) and spicy brown mustard to taste
Lunch:1-1 1/4 cups beans with nothing to taste...yuck
Blinner:40 gram slam, a dish I make by taking 3 eggs, 6-8 slices turkey and a slice swiss cheese and lubing up a skillet w/olive oil and a splash of milk, then stir fry-scramble the **** out of it till it's cooked, then putting the mixture into a bowl, and drowning it in hot sauce before devouring it.
Before workout:a protein-creatine-olive oil-milk shake of 50g protein and aroung 20g carbs
After workout:see Before workout.
I sip green and black tea all day to keep my metabolism fires stoked.
Solution?

It could be any number or combinations of those things, or it could be other things like food preparation or cleanliness. It's impossible to tell.

Go to a doctor. I had problems with my stomach (got diarrhea often, constipation, etc). Dad kept telling me it was life-style problems. Not active, eating junk food, etc. It's true I wasn't active, but I ate almost no junk food and lots of fresh fruits and veggies, though. Then I started TKD and nothing changed. Dad STILL kept telling me it was lifestyle problems. Finally I went to the doctor. Suprise surprise! It was H. Pylori. I got rid of it and it's MUCH better now. Constant diarrhea isn't something everybody has. Go see a doctor.

Actually, I never read your first post. Here's what you should do: Eat something else and see what happens.

I can't afford fresh fruit! I'm on a budget for now, I'll see about changing some stuff later. After I get a blender, I'll have more fiber than most humans can eat. After I take out a loan and get a car, I can go grocery shopping and I'll have plenty of ****. Solid **** that fills the bowl. After then, I'm going to snag me one of those 150 dollar a month roach infested grace apartments that are the size of large closets, and live there. Wee! Wondering how I make my shakes now? I take a 42 ounce bottle and put the creatine, protein, milk and olive oil in it and shake the **** out of it. Wee! I'm also slowly snagging me a job at one of the local gyms around here. since I just dropped out, It'll be 2 years to get my GED because of that new law in Illinois. So I have to wait until then to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I'm still making 10 dollars an hour, but I'm kinda in debt right now, but that'll clear up in a few more weeks. I can only work 30 hours a week until I get a car, because of the retarded bus schedual they got me on at work. Until then. Thanks y'all.

What the hell are you doing buying creatine and protein powder and saying you donít have money for fruits and vegetables.

You have a lot to learn about proper nutrition... A supplement is not a replacement for solid food!

The milk olive and oil shakes sound disgusting ... No wonder you are getting sick with diarrhea

Dropping out of school was a very bad decision... If you want to become knowledgeable about physical training, STAY IN SCHOOL. Drop back in, or you will regret it for a very long time.

Taste your piss. If it's salty you should consult us immediately for further advice.

Plus Chicago isn't THAT expensive.

*points at location*

And yeah, the mixing dairy and oil sounds nasty. The only time I have olive oil outside of a cooking preparation setting is either with fancy bread or a TSP mixed with some fruit juice to put some healthy fats in prior to a workout. You're putting it in fucking OATMEAL? Not to mention eating up to 16 slices of turkey in a day? That's a packet of lunchmeat every day.

You need to consult a nutritionist. Casual advice isn't enough in this case. You're getting massive imbalances of carbs/proteins/fat, and nowhere near enough fresh foods. To do this on the cheap, call up a nutrition professor at a local uni.
