I'm just sharing what he does so some people can get an idea of how a pro strongman trains. Personally, aside from the specialty lifts, this is pretty much what I do:

MON:
Clean and Jerks
Bench Press
Reverse Curls

WED:
Deadlifts
Bent-Over Rows
Weighted Pullups

FRI:
Barbell Squats
Side Press
Weighted Dips

Specialty lifts and exercises usually include plenty of gripwork, sandbags, farmers walks, more sandbags, and pushing my junker of a car down the block in neutral with a buddy steering. I'm no pro so I don't need to train like Mariusz (I actually like Magnus better anyways ;))
