If I remember correctly, generally leg locks are not taught in Judo....usually left out of Judo comps.

The 2nd pic is an armlock from the kase gatame position.
It's similar to an Americana but using the legs to trap the arm

Is it me or does he not have locked and his legs aren't in proper position? Or am I talking about another one from scarf?

The arm lock is NOT locked yet, yes you are correct.

Hell, the second is one of the most common arm locks I use.

Remember, Judo is a subset of JJJ, so it will contain damn near everything you see in BJJ. Somewhere along the way Judo got watered down to what we see now.
