Now what is David-Dorian Ross a tai chi medalist in you may ask.

David-Dorian Ross is a four-time U.S. Gold Medalist in Tai Chi Ch'uan performance, two-time World bronze and the 1993 World Silver medalist.

I don't know if they get it in the UK, but it does come on digital cable with time warner. The digital cable rules, likewise with the dish.

Anyway, this is truly sad stuff. Puke, really is the best word to describe it.

Mind you, I could only stand to watch it for about 5 minutes. In that time, he talked about the anchient "Chi Masters" and how I will discover their power by doing his chi workout.

Next I was mesmerized by a serene desert landscape, with nothing but tumbleweeds, and him standing there in the middle of nowhere.

Then he proceeded to walk around tai chi style.

I think tai chi would be cooler if they had tapes of someone whipping ass with it.

You wanna see fight clips of Taichi? Watch those old kung fu movies, where the good guy busts out the Tai chi to defeat the bad guy who looks like my grandpa.
