Is George Dillman's kyusho-jitsu pratical? If so how long does it take to learn?

It can be mastered in a matter of months and has been proven in countless streetfights. You should take it, regardless of the cost. Or maybe you should use the fucking search button to find out why this thread has been 95% retarded so far.

If by practical, you mean "has a future" or "can be used to earn money and support a family" then yes. I'd say learning George Dillmans techniques, from an economic standpoint at least....VERY practical.
