twisting your shoulders while making an uppercut? cool, could give you a bit more reach... even though it looks a bit silly :)

Reminded me of some of what I've been shown of Cossack material. Big differences, but the movement and footwork had a certain flavor if you follow.

To me it reminded of aerobic kickboxing.
Though the characters there looked fucking tough. MA was so esoteric, i can only imagine the people drawn to it back than.
