Looking for BULLSHIDO locals to come down and give a FAIR REVIEW OF SCHOOL.
Now I am a regular on Bullshido (Zipit777), I have had my butt turned inside and out on this site when I first came on the scene as a REALITY URBAN SELF DEFENSE INSTRUCTOR with almost 30 years of martial arts experience (15+ continuous) with some GREAT Instructors.
So in saying that I am offering a FREE MONTH of training to ONLY BULLSHIDO members. You can't be a noobie.
Now since my respect and understanding of the bullshido family is harsh but fair, I think it ONLY RIGHT that you come down to train and see for yourself.
If you are interested please email me at vforcesfc@usa.com
You can put us in any situation or scenario.
This is a lot to ask, so I ask that before the ass hammering begins, someone take me up on the offer...
Your week will cover comparison training (what you would do and what I would do), you can try to strike as hard as you like, grab or choke as hard as...

UFC 109: Elbows on the Ground, Elbows on the Ground, Lookin' like a fool...

As most of you know, I'm not the type who'd normally argue for making MMA's ruleset more restrictive. Heck, I'm the guy who when watching the scene from 300 where they held the baby over the cliff, for a brief moment, caught myself actually pondering whether or not that approach would be good for society. (Yeah, yeah, eugenics is EEEEVIL, blah blah blah Nazis, etc.)
So the point stands; I don't get squeamish over blood, nor do I believe that the human body (especially that of a highly trained athlete) is such a fragile thing that it needs to be swaddled in bubble-wrap and a bicycle helmet before leaving the house let alone entering The Octagon(™ Zuffa/ Chuck Norris).
But as I was watching last night's fight between Chael Sonnen and Nate Marquardt, seeing the guy who was clearly winning leaking all over the guy who was, except for the...

Articles by Dave Humm. Edited by Chuck Hardin.
Leslie McLean and Kevin O'Connor ran the British Karate-Jitsu Association. McLean claimed multiple martial arts ranks, all of them false. O'Connor endorsed these lies, and was eventually prosecuted and sentenced for falsely claiming injury-related benefits and allowances while actively teaching martial arts.
For more about Leslie McLean, read his article.

What Went Right
- The user base grew. We may hate each of you as individuals, but in the collective we love the shit out of you. More users means more clickthroughs, more ad money, and more expensive cigars for Phrost to smoke while he waits on the unemployment line.
- We got attention. Again, good for the numbers. Our biggest score was
, which combined all of the things Internet lusers love: violent slapstick, cheap outrage, and scandal. Granted, we never found out...

I've been with this club (LSTK) for about two years now. The club is under the WTTU organization which is basically the non-American ATA organization. We train on Tuesdays and Wednedays for 1 hour and Sundays for 2 hours (Mondays, Thursdays and Satursdays respectively for the other group - the kids). Recommended black belts and black belts has an additional hour on Mondays. For those interesting in sparring, specifically WTF competition sparring, there's an hour on Thursdays as well.
There's a lot to say about the different aspects of the club, but I'll just touch on the important parts. First of all, the atmosphere in Group Two is mediocre at best since the mentality and attitude of the TKD players there are simply too reminiscent of junior high. There's enough of cockiness and random chatting to go around, and even if not everyone displays this, it tends to take over as the dominant atmosphere. Group One has a better atmosphere - I've talked and met with many of the people of the...
