I had been refereeing and competing all day. my friend had no one to fight in his division and it was the last event of the day, so i jumped in to give him a go. not bad since i have not competed or trained in karate itself for over 15 years. my friend is very quick and fast, and he has pushed me in our training now, so im alot faster than i was here. good sparring shaun, wait till next year...
