*sigh* I don't regret spending two years in this but this video reminds me of why I left it. The techniques in the vid are VERY watered down and almost unrecognizable. The club I went to was not this type of sissified stuff but still...not much for practicality at all. I took what I could from it and went from there. Ah the memories though.
