Yes, I've seen benefits. It's good stretching, it's relaxing, emphasises good breathing.
I haven't got to the point where I can concentrate my ki into a bright yellow aura and turn supersayen, but it seems like the benefits I got from it are enough to justify my doing it.

I know many people that were really happy when Lindsay Lohan turned 18.

yeah, the common ones. They don't teach it at my school, but my wife has gone through a seminar on it, and passed it on to me. Probably one of the reasons I've never stuck with it. I've toyed with the idea of going through it in the morning, before the kids wake up, rather than general calisthenics.
